Dear DG Sisters,
As required by the bylaws of Pittsburgh South Hills Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter, in each odd-numbered year chapter officers (with the exception of the President-elect) will be nominated, slated, and elected for two-year terms beginning on July 1st of that year. This election process requires several steps and must conclude by March 31st.
Please find below the Proposed Slate of Officers, which has been compiled by the nominating committee. Please note that a proposed list of Standing Committee members is also included. These positions are not elected but will be appointed by the new executive committee for two-year terms also.
Please review the slate of proposed officers below and respond by submitting this form or send an email by February 23, if you would like to nominate one or more additional candidate(s) to any office.
Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 concerns, we will not be able to vote together in-person. Therefore, after the names of any additional candidates are received and the slate finalized, an electronic ballot will be sent to all members in good standing via email for the official vote.
Installation of our new officers and committee members will be done at our May meeting.
