Larry Lagattuta, owner of Enrico Biscotti and Carlo’s Garage Winery, is the main supplier for the café. Under his supervision, artisanal foods are made from fresh, real ingredients using old world recipes and techniques at his bakery and kitchen in Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District.
